Just mention the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at purchase and Chick-fil-A will graciously donate a portion of the proceeds to help support the Alzheimer’s Association.

– July 23 – Silsbee Chili’s

Print this handout (pdf) and give to Chili’s and they will donate 10%  to support the Alzheimer’s Association.

– July 31 – Orange Leaf
3015 N. Dowlen Road in Beaumont
Just mention the Walk to End Alzheimer’s when ordering and Orange Leaf will graciously donate 15% of the purchase to support the Alzheimer’s Association.
