How do we get oil out of the ground?
We’ve all seen oil derricks before. Southeast Texas is littered with them- new and shiny, ancient and rusty, and everything in between.
My dad used to work on a drilling rig and has tried to explain to me what his role was. Still, I’ve never really understood how they work. It’s a shame, as they play such a rich role in our Golden Triangle economy.
