This weekend: SETX Senior Road Trip to Galveston for 2014 Sacred Places Tour
Southeast Texas senior citizens are preparing for a fun road trip to Galveston for the 2014 Sacred Places Tour.
The Galveston Sacred Places tour gives our Golden Triangle seniors a chance to tour historic Galveston churches – and for the first time this year, a historic synagogue (Congregation Beth Jacob).
Most SETX seniors have visited Galveston dozens, even hundreds of times. The Galveston Sacred Places Tour gives us a chance to see the island in a different perspective.
See German churches, historic black churches, and a synagogue dating back to 1888 all in one fun filled day on Galveston Island.
The 2014 Sacred Places Tour of Galveston Island will be a wonderful day or overnight trip for Southeast Texas seniors to enjoy Galveston – and to gain a new perspective on an island they already know so well.
